These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 786win (hereinafter referred to as "786win", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 786win website located at https://786win.cam, including all associated services, betting markets, casino products, promotional offers and customer support channels.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of 786win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately and not create an account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Registration on 786win is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout Account use:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by any applicable law in your country or territory of residence. The 18+ threshold does not constitute a representation by 786win that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under a legal disability or acting under a court order restricting their financial transactions are not eligible to register.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted. You are solely responsible for assessing your own jurisdictional eligibility.
4. One Account per Person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, maintaining or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gambling operator or regulatory authority at the time of registration or subsequent use.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information provided to 786win must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

To use the betting and casino services on 786win, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and any additional information required for KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any action taken through your Account, whether or not authorized by you personally, will be treated as your action and held to these Terms.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 786win support immediately via the live chat or email contact channels. 786win will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or where you have knowingly shared access.

Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in the currency selected at registration. Illustrative figures throughout the 786win platform are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for contextual reference. Actual Account currency is determined at registration and confirmed in the cashier.

An Account that has not had any login activity or financial transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 786win reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances after providing reasonable advance notice, subject to the operator's applicable dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to maintain activity or formally close their Account if they do not intend to continue using the Platform.

786win is required by its operating framework to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be required at the time of registration or upon reaching specified deposit or activity thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include, but may not be limited to:

• Valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid international passport
• Valid government-issued national identity document from the Player's country of residence
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence not older than three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of mobile wallet confirming the registered name matches the Account name)

All documents must be current, legible and in the Player's legal name as registered on the Account. 786win reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of identity misrepresentation, underage use, fraud or money laundering.

Players may deposit funds into their 786win Account using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change without notice based on the operator's banking relationships, applicable regulatory requirements and individual provider policies.

• KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will remain pending until verification is satisfied.
• Same-Method Rule: Wherever technically possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, 786win will liaise with the Player to agree an alternative method.
• Bonus Conditions: Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the applicable requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active bonus conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method, day of week, verification status and volume. 786win does not guarantee instant or same-day withdrawal completion. Method availability, provider processing schedules and compliance checks all affect actual processing time.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are set by the Platform and displayed in the cashier. Players on higher VIP tiers may be eligible for elevated limits — see the relevant promotions page.
• Right to Withhold: 786win reserves the right to temporarily withhold or delay a withdrawal request pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of a disputed account action. 1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
2. Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. 4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
5. Bonus Abuse: 786win reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close any Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, pattern betting designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.

All wagers placed on 786win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category selected — sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables or esports — and to the general betting conditions set out below.

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds and market terms displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding and cannot be changed or withdrawn except in the specific circumstances described in the Platform's void bet policy.
• Cricket markets — including but not limited to Pakistan domestic and international cricket, PSL franchise cricket, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. 786win does not claim official partnership with, affiliation to or endorsement from the PCB, PSL, ICC, any national team or any franchise.
• In-play (live betting) markets close and reopen dynamically during an event. Bets placed in the in-play window are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Market suspension periods apply at the discretion of the Platform.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. RTP percentages displayed on game tiles are illustrative long-run theoretical averages and do not represent guaranteed per-session returns.
• Progressive jackpot games involve a portion of each bet contributing to a shared prize pool. The base game RTP excludes the jackpot contribution.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 786win Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, maintaining or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity, email address or payment method.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false, stolen or borrowed identity information, or using a third party's identity to pass KYC verification.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of use.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multi-player format available on the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, layer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. 786win reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required under applicable law.
• Software Interference: Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted tools, browser extensions or any other software that provides an unfair advantage or interferes with Platform operations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to the Platform. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Abusive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory behavior toward 786win staff, support agents or other users.

786win is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players and are accessible directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum net loss per day, week or month. Once reached, the system will decline further wagers for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous play duration per session, after which the Platform will prompt a review and break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and net balance to assist Players in maintaining perspective during extended sessions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Reproduction, redistribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent from 786win;
• Screen-scraping, data extraction or systematic copying of odds, game data or other content from the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Framing or embedding any part of the Platform within a third-party website or application.

The 786win name, logo and brand marks are proprietary to the Platform. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786win's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any related service shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786win shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if such losses were foreseeable or 786win had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Gambling losses arising from wagers placed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, network outages or connectivity issues beyond 786win's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, applicable law or KYC requirements;
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 786win's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

786win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 786win will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players — typically by email to the registered Account address or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date at the top of this document indicates the effective date of the most recent version of these Terms. We recommend that Players review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its gaming license. Players accessing 786win from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial ordinances — may also apply to their use of the Platform.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall first be submitted to 786win's customer support for resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution process set out under the operator's license jurisdiction.
